The ambassador walked us through a personalized screen printing demo and the machine handled the fine detail way better than I expected. Watching the versatility firsthand sold me on trying it for custom gifts myself.

Went in knowing nothing about screen printing and left actually understanding how the machine handles multi-color jobs. Michael walked us through the whole setup without rushing, and the live demo of the personalization options was the part that sold me.

Went in expecting a basic demo and got a full hour of hands-on time with the machine, which was the part I actually cared about. Watching personalized items get printed start to finish made the process feel way less intimidating. Only gripe is that the September session felt a bit rushed at the end
