Went in never having touched a laser cutter and left with a little engraved wooden coaster I'd made myself. The 2.5 hours flew by and I actually got to run the laser cutter myself instead of just watching a demo. By the end I'd made a small engraved project to take home, which beat my expectations for a morning workshop.
Booked this on a whim and left genuinely excited to keep practicing. The instructor walked us through focusing the laser and framing designs on the F1, and by the end I'd cut and engraved a small acrylic keychain myself. Two and a half hours felt just right for a first-timer.
