I grabbed a bunch of these 2424 beams to expand my home workshop setup and the fit on every single one has been dead consistent. The 24mm profile is slim enough that they tuck into tight corners without me re-drilling anything.
The 24mm beams slide together with almost no wobble, which surprised me for how cheap these structural parts are. I used them to extend a classroom robot arm and the holes lined up perfectly with the rest of our kit.
Bought these to build a sliding drawer mechanism for my classroom's maker cart and the 2424 profile is dead straight with clean slots. The holes line up perfectly with the rest of my structural parts, so assembly took maybe ten minutes.
