The 90 teeth mesh perfectly with the belt on my little rover project, no slipping at all. The molded steps on the hub are a nice touch since they keep the shaft from spinning under load. Way sturdier than the worn original I pulled off.
Swapped this onto my 3D printer's belt drive after the old wheel wore down, and the stepped profile keeps the belt tracking dead straight. The 90-tooth count matched my original exactly, so no re-calibration needed.
Fits the gearbox I rebuilt last weekend, though the steps make it slightly taller than the original part so I had to shim it. Teeth are cleanly molded with no flash.
